Christmas Blessings

Dear Friends,

Many of you here this morning will spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with family. You may have guests at your home or, perhaps, you are traveling to be with family. Wherever you find yourself in the coming week, have a blessed Christmas celebration.

And please remember that we celebrate something more than Jesus, the Son of God, born 2,000 years ago. We celebrate Jesus “in the flesh” today through the faithful who follow him. In our interactions with our family, friends and neighbors, we can be Christ-like in hospitality, compassionate listening and care.

I hope not only that you accept the gift of Jesus in this holy season, but that you, by your love, bear the presence of Jesus to others.

Blessings,
Pastor Sherry
